Researchers, development practitioners, policy makers and social movement activists discuss how the use of ICTs by civil society can contribute to the Post 2015 European scheduleAdvocating for defending human rights, democratic governance and the rule of law, transparency tools for information and access to free knowledge and safe, for better citizen contribution to the construction of the debate post 2015.
