The courts of consciousness are used by courts symbolic feminist women's movement and as a means for documenting cases and to strengthen the construction and defense of the rights of women. It seeks to recognize violence as a regrettable fact that no pair being repeated again, denounce violations of human rights perpetrated women in private and public contexts. A space where women can access justice alternative is generated. The event on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 will be held in El Salvador, at the Real Intercontinental Hotel, Royal Hall, from 8:00 am.
It is a public activity. Although it will be an event open to the public, key stakeholders in the justice sector with political, legal, academic and cultural influence will be called, since the court has an educational and sensitizing vocation mainly to the less conscious sectors. This activity is done with the Feminist Network Against Violence Against Women in El Salvador (RED FEM) y la Network of Women Against Violence (RMCV) of Nicaragua.
This activity seeks to provoke people against the rejection violations of human rights of women promoting solidarity; contribute to the collective empowerment of women through political action, and the recognition of women and the feminist movement; start a healing process from breaking the silence by giving voice to women, regaining their individual and collective strength.
