REFLECTION AND PROPOSED PLATFORM "MIGRANTS ARE" BEFORE THE EUROPEAN MIGRATION POLICY

So we also present our proposals so that they can be taken into account by the parties contesting this election, but mostly for the information of citizens who want to make a critical analysis on migration, whereas we can not be left alone in the hands of political construction of these policies so enormous importance, affecting millions of people.

So, along with other organizations nationally and internationally who are taking action right now, we call on the citizenry to the commitment and social mobilization, only way to build a Europe of rights, justice and freedom.

Contexto del documento

Platform Migrants are born of the union of the Platform against institutional violence and Multicultural Platform for universal health care, bringing together all groups.

Nevertheless we want to expose our proposals, taking advantage of this election process, exercising our right as civil society, in the framework of the migration policies of the EU and as a platform created to defend the rights of migrants.

ASPECTOS CLAVES DEL CONTEXTO

  • Tragedies and rights violations that are occurring today are the result of international political and Immigration and are therefore responsabilidad governments and likely to be built from other principles.
  • Ninguna política migratoria será válida si no se incide sobre los procesos de expolio y extorsión de un sistema sin control basado en la concentración de capital a minority that forces millions of people worldwide to forced migration in the South and the North (for Spain today).
  • Currently posts to citizenship are launched to legitimize policies justifying the disagreement and conflict that empower themselves; while other feasible measures that would be more fit to human processes that enable hidden enhance the aportes positivos migration.
  • La legitimidad de la UE como espacio democrático is void as a fundamental reform of its structures and decision-making mechanisms, which currently are far from channeling the demands of the general public and civil society organizations occurs.
  • All that profound changes are needed at European level processes that address equity and citizen control over policy reformulating existing structures. To achieve this will require significant long-term changes some of which are included in this document while calling for medidas viables y urgentes that would curb the flagrant violation of human rights and contribute to this transformation.
